Raising awareness about psychosocial risks


In a context of significant growth and organisational transformation, the site was facing an employee burnout climate. Intense digitisation, innovation imperatives and global relationship building contributed to the loss of references, and visible deterioration of KPIs such as meeting deadlines and profit margins.


dss+ engaged the client with a psychosocial risk roadmap in a three-pillared approach. One of the three pillars included training HR and managers on how to identify and deal with psychosocial risks as well as raise awareness of all operators. The programme included training and onthe- job support for a group of internal advisers with the aim to create space for discussion and foster dialogues.
