Driving ESG Impact for Long Term Value

Published on Mar 3, 2026

Challenge

GMSA faced limited ESG visibility and lacked structured sustainability governance. The challenge was to define a credible ESG strategy, deploy it across operations, and build internal capabilities for long-term impact - while aligning with evolving regulatory  frameworks like CSRD and engaging suppliers.

Solution

dss+ partnered with GMSA across three phases (2022– 2025) to co-develop and implement a comprehensive ESG 2030 roadmap. This included a 360° sustainability diagnostic, strategic workshops, governance tools, decarbonisation plans, and supplier engagement.

In 2024, dss+ supported the launch of a cross-functional Green Team and structured a non-financial reporting strategy aligned step by step with CSRD. A participative approach ensured internal ownership and operational integration.

“With the support of leading specialists, dss+ has enabled us to establish an ambitious  sustainability strategy that is environmentally and socially responsible while remaining economically realistic. Through this collaborative development, we have been able to embed sustainability into our long-term culture and governance.”
