Discover how a paint manufacturer enhanced operational efficiency while maintaining a healthy work environment.
Challenge
Allios is a French paint manufacturer specialised in the design, manufacture, and distribution of paints for building protection and decoration. With quality and pace requirements becoming increasingly stringent, the company sought to enhance its operational efficiency while maintaining a healthy work environment.

- Development of the management skills and behaviours of frontline managers through structured coaching programs
- Training of internal coaches to perpetuate the performance culture
- Implementation of regular, structured supervision tours to monitor objectives and actions
- Establishment of rituals dedicated to monitoring SQDP indicators
- Definition and digitalisation of vertical and crossfunctional rituals and action plans
- Implementation of a system for reporting gaps to facilitate resolution
