dss+ STOP® Coaching
Together, dss+ coaches and STOP® Champions will address challenges, explore innovative solutions, and create a comprehensive roadmap to guide Champions through the upcoming month's milestones.
Champions, in turn, will coach supervisors to ensure they are empowered to implement and sustain safety practices effectively.
Additionally, dss+ coaches may provide direct support and coaching to supervisors, enhancing their capabilities to lead safety initiatives.
Each coaching session revolves around three key pillars:
- Discussing achievements
- Confronting challenges
- Strategizing for the future
