The COVID-19 pandemic is the defining global health crisis of our time. Along with an unprecedented human toll, it has triggered a deep economic crisis. Organizations can go through a crisis by trying to survive the disruption, or see an opportunity to thrive. The difference is found through visionary leadership, a characteristic of an Agraṇī. An Agraṇī is a trailblazer, a leader, a pioneer and a first. For the last three years, the DSS Agraṇī Forum has been a platform for leaders to share vision, perspective and experiences. The theme for this year’s Agraṇī forum was “Transforming from a Crisis”. The forum was a 90 minute online panel discussion and hosted an exclusive group of senior and respected business leaders from India as well as from other regions.
The panel focused on big trends that are emerging from the present crisis and how different this crisis is from those faced in the past. The discussion focused on the essential ingredients required to roar out of this crisis, stronger than before, and the specific short-term and long-term actions to be taken for success.
During the DuPont Sustainable Solutions Agraṇī Forum, a panel of forward-thinking global executives discussed how their companies are navigating these unique challenges and provided insights into what it will take to emerge stronger after the crisis.
