To increase efficiency, the company wanted to strengthen its leadership and ensure cohesion at all levels of management, both in the office and on the construction site.

Solution

Construction Longer called on our dss+ Humex experts to develop a leadership style aligned with its organisational culture and strategic goals, by incorporating best management skills amongst 40 leaders:

• Development of the management skills and behaviours of the management team through a 5-month Leadership Camp structured around topics such as mindset, leadership, change management, and emotional intelligence
• Development of the management skills and behaviours of foremen, project managers, and other strategic members through interactive workshops exploring practices developed during the Leadership Camp, with the goal of aligning the whole management structure
