Safety Perception Survey (SPS)

Description. With the dss⁺ Safety Perception Survey (SPS), you capture safety perceptions and views from a wide range of hourly workers, professionals, supervisors and managers of your organization.

Information collected. Information which we collect specifically in connection with SPS does not include any Personal identification attributes (PIA) since the survey is anonymous. The survey responses are stored in the application.

Access to your data and international transfers. We use the following third parties for the operation of dss⁺ Consult which will have access to the data required for the provision of their services to us: Microsoft Azure and Survey Monkey. Those companies are headquartered in the U.S., from which location your data may be accessible.

We may also enable you to use third-party services directly, in which case you recognize that the third-party operators of these services may access some of your data in connection with the Platform.
