What does a typical day look like as the Managing Director, US & Canada?
In a fast-paced environment, the ability to pivot quickly is just as important as having a plan. I've found that embracing change, rather than resisting it, builds resilience and creates new opportunities to learn and grow. It's why I consistently encourage others to step outside their comfort zones and embrace the discomfort that often accompanies progress.
What makes your teams stronger together?
Strong teams are built on mutual respect and a willingness to learn from one another. I've always believed that every individual brings valuable experiences and insights, regardless of title or position. When people approach each interaction with curiosity and humility, they strengthen not only their own capabilities but the team as a whole.
What excites you most about the future?
Seeing our capabilities continue to evolve extending the impact we can help our clients achieve. By bringing together expertise across the full operational landscape, we're able to address challenges more holistically and create greater value than ever before. A client-focused mindset remains at the heart of everything we do and will continue to guide us as we move forward.
What’s your Why?
My 'why' comes down to learning, connection, and impact, both my own and that of the people around me. As an Ohio State alumna, I developed a deep appreciation for continuous learning, collaboration, and the value of diverse perspectives. Today, I find purpose in bringing those lessons to our client work, partnering with talented teams on-site to solve challenges, build capabilities, and help organizations achieve meaningful, lasting results.
