Manager, Industrial & Manufacturing, North America
“While 'living a meaningful life' can look different for everyone, I truly believe that keeping people safe and protecting our planet is a powerful and worthwhile goal. That’s what inspires me every day, both in the work we do and in the impact we strive to create.”
What does a typical day look like as a Manager in the Industrial Manufacturing team?
A typical day as a Manager within the Industrial Manufacturing team in the USC is fast-paced and always evolving, which is one of the things I enjoy most. My role involves supporting organizations navigate safety, leadership, operations, and sustainability transformation while helping teams stay aligned and projects move forward effectively.
Much of my day is spent collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across different time zones, balancing strategic discussions, client delivery, project leadership, and time on-site with operational teams. A big part of my role is building strong relationships, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and translating strategy into practical operational improvements that create long-term value. No two days really look the same, and that variety is what keeps the work exciting and meaningful.
Why did you choose a career in consulting?
I chose consulting because I was drawn to the opportunity to work with a wide range of companies and people to make a broader impact while constantly learning and building new relationships.
Why did you join dss+?
I joined dss+ through the acquisition of KKS Advisors, and I was excited to be part of a growing and evolving team.
What’s kept me here is the people and the impact. I get to work with amazing colleagues around the world and partner with global organizations, all while doing work that really matters.
What are you most proud of?
What I’m most proud of is the impact of the work we do. Every day, we have the chance to help companies improve how they operate, whether that’s making workplaces safer or helping drive more sustainable practices.
Knowing our work can help save lives and protect the future is something that gives me a strong sense of purpose every day.
What do our values mean to you?
Our values are really special to me because they align closely with my own priorities for my life, my family, and the future I want to help create. As a mom to a one-year-old, I often think about the values I hope to pass on to my son. I want him to be respectful, to do what’s right, and to live with a strong sense of integrity and purpose.
While “living a meaningful life” can look different for everyone, I truly believe that keeping people safe and protecting our planet is a powerful and worthwhile goal. That’s what inspires me every day, both in the work we do and in the impact we strive to create.
