The strategic partnership for a sustainable development
Challenge
With a very moderate level in safety (mainly reactive), a high LTI rate and a complex structure of the Group, Veolia entities in Poland needed a solid support based on proven solutions to gain in safety culture and performance. dss+ has the privilege to be the strategic partner for Veolia on this sustainable journey.
Solution
Firstly, we started to work with two subsidiaries in Poland. Then Veolia decided to enlarge their collaboration through a frame contract with dss+. Together with Veolia’s teams, we ran several rounds of dynamic assessments and trained more than 200 managers in 6 entities. In 2021 we started cover a 7th new entity.
With the approach based on dss+ assessments we have obtained strong leverage for safety culture building across the organisation and positive impact on safety behaviour and attitudes. Through these years, we have improved our safety results striving for "zero accidents".
