Senior Manager, dss+ France

What does a typical day look like as a Senior manager in the France team?

As a Senior Manager at dss+, no two days are the same, and that’s exactly what I enjoy most. From engaging with client leaders to uncover new opportunities for impact, to tackling complex challenges across industries, the role is both dynamic and rewarding.

I spend much of my time working closely with our consulting teams, leading projects, supporting delivery on-site and in workshops, and adapting our approach to meet evolving client needs.

A key part of my role is also developing our people, building the skills and expertise that enable us to deliver real, lasting change across diagnostic, design, and transformation phases.

It’s a role that brings together strategy, delivery, and people development, all focused on making a meaningful difference.

Why did you choose a career in consulting?

I am passionate about people. This human dimension is essential to any business. Businesses are always born from a personal desire to develop products and services and to satisfy their customers.

Throughout my professional and personal journey, I have always worked to develop team skills to boost activities and strengthen team spirit.

After 26 years in highly demanding sectors, striving for excellence and Lean methodologies in the automotive industry, developing projects and new facilities, people and a "we before I" approach have been the two keys for success.

This career path naturally led me to consulting, allowing me to continue developing this human dimension within various companies.

Why did you join dss+ ?

After transforming Safety Culture of my Business Unit, it was a natural journey to continue impacting activities and saving lives in other companies.

I’ve been particularly inspired by Sébastien Planche, Managing Director EMEA. His positive mindset, agility, and leadership truly reflect the values of dss+. He embodies what it means to co-create high-quality, impactful solutions tailored to each client.

Being part of dss+ is something I’m genuinely proud of — contributing to safer workplaces, strengthening safety cultures, and supporting clients on their journey toward sustainable performance.

What are you most proud of in your day-to-day at dss+ ?

I’m proud to be part of the dss+ team and especially to work alongside such fantastic colleagues.

I find it extremely rewarding to contribute to the growth of dss+ France and to take on new challenges every year.

I really enjoy seeing the smiles on faces when managers and leaders come together to enthusiastically and collaboratively perform their safety management rituals with their teams and to witness visible, measurable, and lasting changes and improvements at our clients’ sites.

And above all, I value the opportunity to contribute every day to saving lives and helping build a more sustainable future.

What do our values mean to you?

The core values of dss+ – safety and health, environmental responsibility, respect for people, and highest ethical behavior – are very dear to me.

At dss+, we fully embody these values every day, both within our team and with our clients.

They are reflected in our actions, our decisions, and our interactions. Respect for people is the value that is most important to me. It is the foundation of teamwork and mutual support for collective success.

“I value the opportunity to contribute every day to saving lives and helping build a more sustainable future.”
