Senior Manager, DACH

As a Senior Manager at dss+ in the DACH region, no two days are the same – and that’s exactly what I love about this role. My work typically revolves around three key areas:

Growing the company – I develop proposals, engage in client conversations, and explore new opportunities to expand our impact.

Managing assignments – I lead projects, coach teams, and facilitate workshops where we co-create solutions with our clients.

Developing our capabilities – I contribute to staffing decisions, knowledge sharing, and strengthening our internal capabilities in the DACH region.

Why did you choose a career in consulting?

My journey into consulting started during my business and management studies, where I became fascinated by how strategic thinking and operational excellence can transform organizations. That curiosity turned into a passion – and now, more than 20 years later, I’m still driven by the same core motivations.

I chose consulting because I love making a difference. Helping people and organizations grow, solve complex challenges, and implement meaningful change is deeply rewarding.

I also enjoy the variety – every project brings new industries, new teams, and new perspectives. It’s a constant opportunity to learn, adapt, and explore.

Why did you join dss+?

Joining dss+ felt like a natural next step in my consulting journey. I was drawn to the company’s purpose – Protect, Transform, Sustain – which aligns perfectly with my own values and the kind of impact I want to make.

What are you most proud of?

What makes me proud is seeing real change – in how people work, how organizations evolve, and how safety becomes part of the culture.

I’m proud of the development I’ve witnessed in my clients – both at the organizational level and in the individuals I’ve worked with. Helping them build safer, more effective, and more sustainable operations is deeply fulfilling.

Whether it’s a visible shift on-site, a measurable improvement in KPIs, or a breakthrough in team collaboration – knowing that I’ve contributed to that transformation is what drives me. And I’m proud of the relationships built along the way. The trust, the shared learning, and the commitment to continuous improvement make every project meaningful. None of this happens alone – it’s always a team effort.
